FAQ

1.How to place orders? How are they processed?

You may call MOCA sales associates directly or write an e-mail to place orders. Then you will get quick response. MOCA offers same-day shipping in most circumstances. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. If you are located outside United States, please contact our associates for shipping cost.

2.How to get the Carrier and Tracking’s information?

All packages are shipped with USPS/UPS(other) and come with a tracking #. You can track your package in website accordingly.

 

3. Shipping News

  1. Business days are Monday through Friday.
  2. You may or may not be charged a duty(tax) on your order. It is not our responsibility to hand this tax but your local customs agency. They will handle it and charge you the appropriate amount.
  3. Domestic shipments traveling within the Continental United States will be shipped via FedEx/UPS(other).
  4. Any free shipping offers apply only to the continental United States(48 states). Extra charges will apply for other US States and Territories.

4. Payment

-We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

-An invoice will be sent to the primary email address within 24 hours of purchase or end of auction.(If you do not receive this notice, please check your spam folder and then contact us.)

-Purchases paid via PayPal will be shipped to the “Confirmed” name and address on the buyer’s PayPal account. Please call prior to purchase if you would like to ship to a different name and address.

5.How is the quality of your auto parts? What’s your brand?

All our parts are brand new aftermarket with OEM specifications that meet or exceed OE quality. We are particularly pround of selling brand new parts.

6. How to confirm if it is the right part for my vehicle?

In order to make sure if it is compatible with your vehicle, please check your vehicle information in the online shop or give us a call.

7.What is your return and warranty policy?

MOCA GROUP LLC REQUIRES A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF ORDER TO
CLAIM WARRANTY. MOCA warrants that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship when in use of the installed vehicle. MOCA Auto will not refund any units after 12 months of use,or if the product was damaged by improper installation,misused,altered,contaminated,or used in inappropriate applications. Should one of our products fail during normal usage,return the failed unit to MOCA and warranty analysis will be conducted. Customers must repurchase a new MOCA part to replace a possible defective unit. Our company and product liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the unit once MOCA has determined it to be defective.

8.Do you offer will-call service?

If you are a local customer you are welcome to come and pick up your order at our will-call desk. Please call us or message us in advance so we can have it ready for you.

9. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

10. How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?

We keep good quality and moderate price to ensure our customers benefit. And we respect every customer as our friend and we sincerely do business and make friends with them, no matter where they come from.
